About Me

I was brought up in a small town in N.Ireland where my passion for web design & development started. I eventually moved to the North West of England to attend university in Manchester, where I gained over 8 years of experience in the eCommerce industry after graduating. With this wealth of experience I made the move to Amsterdam to further enhance my skill set in design & development.

I've got a obsession with trainers, I'm a lover of good food & coffee, & enjoy football & running in my spare time.

Web Design

The art of web design starts from having a simple idea, to sketching wireframes, through to creating beautiful designs into a usable interface that catches the user's attention.

Development

Web design & development go hand in hand, one can't complete the job without the other. Front end development is building the interface of a website through the use of the latest HTML, CSS & JavaScript.

User Experience

When coming up with a design, you always have to have the user in the mind and that's where user experience comes in. UX focuses on having a deep understanding of the user, what do they need, what do they value, their abilities as a user & what the end goal is.

With the increasing use of people using their mobile devices on the go, & visiting websites on phones & tablets, it's always important to make a website that's fit for purpose & works on all of the latest devices; mobiles, tablets & desktops.
